This travel insurance should cover theft, personal accident, personally liability, medical expenses, repatriation, rescue (inc. helicopter rescue). Traveltimes Treks will not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may occur, including, but not limited to, any defect in a vehicle or any other form of conveyance, the acts of defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying an trekking, tours, peak climbing and expedition member, acts of god, detention, delays of expenses arising from quarantine, strike, theft, force major, civil disturbance, government restriction or regulation, accident by aircraft, boat, motor vehicle or any other from for transport, or in any hotel, guest house, pension or any other form of accommodation.
Our clients understand that during the course of the trip certain risks and dangers may occur, including but not limited to the hazards of illness in remote places without medical facilities and the forces of nature. Traveltimes Treks will not be held responsible for personal injury, death, illness or the delay of the expedition member or any subsequent loss or damages to clients during the course of the trip, howsoever caused, whether occurring in the country of the itinerary or elsewhere. Traveltimes treks reserve the right to cancel the tour before departure. In such case, full refund of all payments will construe full settlement with the client. Our group members agree to accept the authority of the group leader or authorized guide. Clients detained as the group leader or guide may exclude the result of infringement of any law or regulation of any country from the expedition without any right to refund or any other claim.
It is a fundamental condition that travelers of Traveltimes Treks acknowledge that our organization offers adventurous tours. During our trips there are certain risks and dangers that may occur, including but not limited to the hazards of illness in remote places without medical facilities and the forces of nature. Traveltimes Treks shall not be held responsible for personal injury, death, illness or the delay of the participant or any subsequent loss or damages to the participant during the course of the trip, howsoever caused, whether occurring in the country of the itinerary or elsewhere. Traveltimes Treks can not be held responsible for any delays caused by international or domestic flights, strikes, government regulations, weather or natural casualties etc. In such cases, the organizer shall be responsible for providing suitable alternatives which could be decided upon mutual agreement. If an agreement cannot be made, Traveltimes Treks shall be only responsible for refund after deducting expenses already incurred.

Your booking will be confirmed by e-mail once we receive of a copy a reservation form and a deposit of 30% of the total amount of trekking. The balance shall be deposited into our bank account no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. If you book a tour less than 2 months prior to departure, you must send the full payment within 7 days of confirmation by Traveltimes Treks.

ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR TOUR IN NEPAL
If you prefer, you can also pay your holiday balance on arrival in cash or with credit card (Visa & Master card) at the office of Traveltimes Treks. Visa and Master card clients will pay a 3 % handling charge.
We don’t accept cheques due to complicated bank procedures.
Cancellations must be made 3 weeks before the starts of the tour for a full refund. Less than 3 weeks notice will result in only a partial refund.
If the participant doesn’t show up at the meeting point specified on the agreed date, Traveltimes Treks assumes you have been delayed and will wait for you to contact us with your new expected arrival date. If you do not contact us within 48 hours Traveltimes Treks assumes you have cancelled the tour. There is no refund of any money paid.
The tour will not be cancelled by Traveltimes Treks unless we are forced to do so because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances, such as major natural disaster, major political unrest or war. If we cancel the tour we will promptly refund all payments made to us including the deposit (less the unrecoverable costs such as cancelation of airfares). Traveltimes Treks is no liable to refund any additional expenses that you may have incurred (such as insurance, visas, vaccinations and other incidental costs).
In case of the journey being cancelled by the clients own wishes or causes. Traveltimes Treks shall not be liable to any refund of the days not utilized. Clients have to pay for the hotel or any extra costs incurred after leaving the itinerary.

Traveltimes Treks will not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may occur including , but not limited to, any defects in a vehicles or any other form of conveyance, the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying trekking, traveling, climbing or expeditions, acts of god, detention or delays of expenses from quarantine, strike, theft, force major, civil disturbance, government restriction or regulation, accident by aircraft, car, bus or any other form of transport or in any hotel, guesthouse or other form of accommodation.
The itineraries mentioned in our documents are an indication of what the traveler or group should accomplish, but not a contractual obligation. Changes may be made because of exceptional weather, flight cancellations, sickness or other unforeseeable circumstances. No refunds are given for unused services or unrealized expectations. All information and advice provided on our website and in our documents is given in good faith but without responsibility by us.
A visa is necessary to enter Nepal and can be obtained from the Nepalese embassies or consulates or at the entry points in Nepal. Nationals from Ghana, Nigeria, Swaziland or Zimbabwe need to get a visa in advance. Visas are free for all tourists who come from a SAARC country. Indian nationals do not need a visa. Our clients are responsible for their visa in Nepal, which should be valid for the duration of the entire trip. Multiple entry tourist visas can be obtained by paying US$25 for 15 days, US$40 for 30 days or US$100 for 90 days. Visas can be also purchased upon arrival at Kathmandu airport. A passport photo is needed and can be obtained there.
Clients crossing over to Tibet require a valid Tibet visa; Traveltimes Treks will secure a Tibetan visa in Kathmandu.
One passport photograph is required to arrange your visa, two passport photographs are needed for you trekking permit.
For clients traveling to Tibet we require a total of 6 passport photographs.
our travelers agree to abide by the authority of the leader. Signing the booking form implies your acceptance of the tour leader’s decisions which could affect the group or individuals. If you have a complaint that cannot be dealt with immediately with the tour leader or you are not satisfied with the response, please notify us in writing within 10 days of the tour completion.
